American sustained damages, so yes, extradite...
I don't care where he lives. He broke into 97 U.S. Government computers!!! So he should be judged by America. If an American is stupid enough to hack into another country's restricted computer site, not just once, but 97 different occasions, then yes, they should be tried by that country. Our country was the one that sustained the damage done by the hacker, not the country that he is living in. So why shouldn't we be the ones to judge him?
