Have to agree
There has to be some level of proof given for an extradition, especially if it is to a country with a KNOWN history of violating human rights and the rule of law, like Burma or Nepal.

The United States has gotten whacked before because they have sent an American Citizen to another country to stand trial for a crime and he was judged summarily guilty and sent to prison.

Whenever that happens, that is a HUGE black mark on our extradition system.
