Why then does the US government deny extradition of it's citizens in order for those citizens to stand trial for murders comitted in other countries (there are cases in Italy, Japan and Norway to mention just a few).
US officials have even helped these accused murderers to escape justice. Since there are no death sentences in theese countries the US can't even claim to save the lives of the accused.
