Well, first things first...
Their first order of business is to fix their dumb-ass activation software so people quit having problems with that. I bet a lot of those that bought the "family pack" were just happy as heck with Microsoft. That, along with how every many thousands have been falsely accused of having a pirated copy of Windows should keep the tech staff quite busy.
