I'm ditching Symantec
Wow... I simply can't justify buying Symantec's products any more after reading this. How am I supposed to believe that Symantec is keeping pace when their CEO sees no need to stay on top of technology? I can see the company not rolling out Vista yet, but this guy appears to feel no need to stay current even on a personal level! Would any of you IT types simply ignore a major release of your primary desktop OS (no matter what you may be running)? Another poster was correct, this guy is just a bean counter and I am dubious of his grasp of the technologies or the market. I won't trust my systems to him any more.
