I've read plenty of you posts Lovey....
And they all drip of the MS does everything right syrup. If MS drags their feet on doing something you say they are taking their time because they care about us. If they fix something the day after they are aware about it they care about us enough to fix it promptly. If there is an issue you say that you are sure that MS will fix it.
Just about every one of your posts contains something like that. Sometimes I think you fold your hands and pray to Bill Gates at night.
I just happen to think that you may be right that Symantec is ticked because they were shut out. Plain and simple. But then again even I would shut Symantec out. Their software sucks.
