- guess that means you do the work required, when I hire a plumer and pay for a hours work and he fininshes in 48 minutes, I don't make him "WORK" for that last 12 minutes and I think he did a GOOD job, because he was done early enough to have free time, because he keeps his free time he works harder\faster
