Bad Example
The over educated under experienced dweebs NASA calls programmers can't make a "hello world" program that does not crash.
Their security SOPs were written in the mainframe days and updated by PHd's who think anything that does not fit on a desktop is a mainframe.

When I was a contractor there they where running code that had so many memory leaks it you had to force a reboot on the server (8CPU, 8GB RAM) at least every day.
