Same old story..
Admins negligent.. don't patch their machines after a patch has been available for WEEKS.

Now, just wait.. they'll be a worm in less than a month.. and despite even this warning, there will still be many unpatched machines.

The solution is simple: APPLY PATCHES!!
The amount of time since the patch was released should have given any reputable IT department more than enough time to test the patches in a safe environment before applying to production machines..
