My firm is a total fortress...
We patch immediately and never get affected by these things. My rep and I often laugh at some of his other customers who get blasted by these worms. My MCSE's deploy these patches within minutes. synchronizing our ISA Servers and SUS servers to deliver full protection to all of our machines. Microsoft's patches are the magic pill to make all your problems go away!
