Trend Micro are definately still in business
I have had several communications (email) with Trend about my PC-cillin, the most recent reply being just a couple of weeks ago. I cannot guess specifically why you have not received a reply yet. Is it possible that you have been overly agressive or possibly insulting in your approach - in which case it is quite possible you are being ignored.
