Chip and Pin, oldskool tech, oldskool bugs
Hi
I think it wouldn-t be necessary to have a team of experts from Uni telling us that Chip and Pin has flaws, I mean, for ages there have been on the market freely available smart-chip readers/writers, doesn-t take much effort to come up with a chip clonning device... anyway take the example from the ATM mafia case. they actually built front panels that fit on the ATM-s card slot, so the when the punter inserts the card, bang, it0s cloned.
magnetic band, smart chips, all that is old news, why it has been advertised as new skool stuff to the general UK public, I have no idea, just seems to me that they are spending zillions on stuff that they already know it aint that safe... I think i-ve seen that before... Vista, anyone? ehehhe happy
