They haven't changed anything fundamental
Vista has made NO changes to Microsoft's fundamental security problems. Using a Windows box is like running a Sun Workstation after the Sendmail worm, but instead of removing the backdoor from Sendmail you protect it by blocking the word "Wizard" at the network and tell people that having to use "Sorceror" instead of "Wizard" is just the price of security.
