It's getting better ...
Though I've never personally been much of a fan of BG and the M$ money machine, I must say I can only applaud his efforts for launching the XP SP2 initiative, followed by the core security implements now being introduced/baked into Vista. After years of neglect, Redmond has finally pulled its tinhorn head out of the clouds and taken notice, and more importantly, is doing something about it. Though 'computing security' remains something of an oxymoron at this point, every step to improve upon the status quo - boring or otherwise - is a step in the right direction IMO. Power to M$ for taking the bull by the horns, and doing their fair share to address this vexing issue.
