Microsoft warns Excel under zero-day attack
So its the same case as before where this attack is a non-issue. It's "very limited" in scope, the user has to open the email then run the attachment. All of which give warnings prior to being able to actually run it. No wonder this thing didn't and won't get far. Don't forget the email server strips away the attachments anyway. You can upgrade that "very limited" to "non-existant" as far as I'm concerned.
