- More digital restriction crap-ware? If an employer doesn't trust the employee with a flash disk, how does it trust him with the rest of the computer...and email?? That's all ya need to steal data. The bottom line is this: quit digitally restricting your workers - it's expensive, it's frustrating to the honest ones, and it doesn't close the holes unless you shut off all means of communicating with the outside world. Prosecute those who violate, don't unduly burden those who don't.
