another reason customers do not renew
I end up buying the newest version of my antivirus software after a year. I found out after rebate its a lot cheaper to buy a new version then to pay the $10.00 to renew the subscription. I wonder how many more customers do this. The antivirus companies need to make it cheaper for customers with multiple PC's to buy multiple versions of their software. They should allow multiple rebates from one address or special pricing and I do not mean the 5 pack price either. www.avast.com has free antivirus software that I find works better then AVG
