Symantec business software so-so
We use their Enterprise Edition Antivirus solution, which is pretty good compared to others I've used. We evaluated their Web Filtering solution, though, and found it to be pretty poor compared to other leaders in that field.

The main complaint I have against them is that they're often slower to catch up to new viruses than other AV vendors (especially Kaspersky). Despite that, their Antivirus system for Exchange has worked quite well for us. While I think they're good for small to medium businesses, they still have work to do to make their products Enterprise-class.

Until then, they'll do well to not forget that the Consumer base is what got them where they are today.
