The simple fact is . . .

those 'droves' you speak of are largely office workers who get counted into the
'Windows user base' and have no say on what they use at work. The decision is made
for them, often by a misguided few whose job relies on propagating the myth of the
MS world. When left to their own devices, many of these 'droves', in fact, are
choosing Macs for either their own home or home business use. This fact is borne
out daily by statistics reported in the mainstream media.

As far as the rest of your rant is concerned, yes, you are correct -- no OS is 100%
perfect. Just some are closer to it.
