Is it so cheap?
Do you know how much the population is in the UK and how much it is in Maine? Maine is 1,321,505 as of Us census 2005 and UK is about 59,834.900 from the last census. If we multiply the amount thats about $8.4 billion. Now if you multiply the infrastructure and number of villages,town and cities plus you include compatibility issues with the EU and the US then I think you can say it will be in 10's of billions of dollars.
(Remember that the final figure might not be $185 million.)
