THAT my friend is the problem in a nut shell....
The "IF" factor. If they do not step over the next line it will be fine so what do we do
we keep moving the lines as the step over them. Our generation will give the well
"IF" they don't force us to carry them it's OK. The next time it will be for out own
good that we are forced to carry them perhaps first one strongly encouraged but
sooner or later the word or words to the effefect of "FORCE" to carry them and of
course to show our ID's when the proper athorities demand. That would be next.
