I guess I've seen just what they have now
So to me I don't see a National ID as anything more than what they currently have on citizens.

The only objection I have to any form or ID be it National ID or any other type is the objection to being forced to carry ID. If I choose not to carry ID I should be allowed to like today. Sure I there are things I can't do with out ID but if I'm not doing them I shouldn't need to have ID. So as long as life stays like that I'm fine a National ID card. If it proves useful I'd get one if it doesn't I wouldn't bother.
