I agree with you about realID, but Osama bin Laden attacked the states BECAUSE US troops had a base in Saudi Arabia (since BUSH1's Iraq War).

Perhaps you will recall the US servicemen killed in Lebanon under Reagan. The US has had battle groups in this area for decades. Why?
Oil. Even the president just said it. ("reduce our reliance on foreign oil").

911 was about US troops in the middle east, because of the strategic importance of oil. Look where US bases are in asia (around the oil).

The terrorists didn't attack the US without the US having troops in the middle east.
