- But I thought Macs were flawless?
-
After all, the only possible defense for the onerous and artificial restriction of hardware was that controlling both the hardware and the software would lead to a flawless user experience. Well, I guess if MacBooks not sleeping properly is flawless, I have an old copy of WinME to sell you. It's flawless in the same way a Mac is! Another advantage of going from the Mac to WinME is that you'll already be used to all the blue screens you get.
So Mac zealots, hope you are happy with the fact that the OS you've paid for 5 times in the last 6 years is just as good as MS's worst OS from 7 years ago.
Oh, I also hope you are happy with the most DRM laden computer hardware ever hoisted upon the consumer market:

Oh, but don't you dare complain or Apple will sue you .
Now, line up at the Mac store and get your credit card out. Daddy Jobs needs to charge you $2.00 for a driver upgrade!
Meanwhile, Gates is busy making the world a better place and Linus is busy making sure that what used to work, keeps on working . It isn't hard to see that if you care at all about what is good in this world, you will pay for Windows, use Linux, and stay far, far away from anything made by Apple. - Posted by: NonZealot Posted on: 01/23/07 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
