Apple's security "alert" document is a joke.

I clicked the link to Apple's security alert. It is less than 250 words.

What do I do if I can't patch my computers right away? For example, while I'm testing the patch, how do I mitigate the vulnerability?

The alert also doesn't state whether the vulnerability has been publicly disclosed (it has) and whether it has been used in exploits (has it?). Microsoft's bulletins state this for each vulnerability.

No wonder Apple has no place in the enterprise. IT professionals need information; Apple provides little to none.
