No CA for me, ever
I don't know much about CA's enterprise level products, but their home antivirus product is a piece of crap. And their customer service is among the worst. I used to use their backup product, back when it was still called Arcserve. Their service stunk back then, too. We had tons of trouble with our 8mm autoloader (tape library) even though it was a supported model. I had to watch it like a hawk to ensure we got good backups.
