When in doubt
I don't think this is as big of a deal as everybody thinks or else Apple would have named it the Apple Phone or something

This is the best reason I've heard yet as to why this is not a problem. $teve Job$ said so, basically. thanks for this insight.

But, back in reality, don't forget Apple has blatantly walked all over trademark and copyright agreements in the past. Mr. Job$ continues to demonstrate how his God complex seems to put him above the law and he's the worlds only exception to legal business practices. It's as if his goal, now that he's stooped this low, is the best Microsoft in every way he can including demonstrating he can act at will against the industry. The catch here is Job$ has to break the law to do it, MS only needed to assert normal business practice. (the trumped up monopoly charges notwithstanding. If anyone can say with their heart of hearts the Feds ever thought they broke the law, then more power to them. I believe anyone with an open and honest mind can see the federal court system bowed to mounting pressures from far too many corners of our economy to not placate them and create "NEW LAW" from existing law. )
