things like this have worked in Aple Computers favor in the Passed both with iMac rip
offs, and when Apple Corp sued Apple Computer over the Company name trademark.

Now while the association factor is obvious it, Cisco does legally own the right...
Apple will need to Buy it from them.

Also with the name Shift to Apple Inc, Apple Corp will probably sue them again... lol
