The nerve of some people...
I got an email the other day from some bank (supposedly) that I had never heard of asking me to go to their site and verify my information. I deleted it without a second thought. As much as this is talked to death about, anyone who STILL falls for it probably deserves to be scammed. As for the scammers, their beating should be most severe. It would also help if the internet itself were tightened up so that it would be really easy to find people trying to pull these scams (i.e. - spoofing not allowed, emails traceable and unhackable). Yeah, I know, I'm living a pipe dream - but I can still fantasize!!
