UAC?
Apple had that for a long time, and if you are an administrator, you only get it when
you add/delete accounts, attempt to modify system files (IF you have the privileges
to), attempt to modify parts of the Libraries, and sometimes if you installing an app
(NOT by dragging it to your computer), especially if it modifies system files in
the installer.
