I love this logic!

Instead of spending so much time, energy, and money on creating these monthly patches, Microsoft could just make sure everyone understands your 'safe computing' methods. With all they save on coding and testing, Microsoft could offer lower prices on their software packages, and corner a larger market share! It's a win-win for everyone!

Loverock, you're a genius!
