The really significant statement
"Today's patch release illustrates once again that the volume of client-side vulnerabilities for the Windows platform is not slowing down," Oliver Friedrichs, a Symantec Security Response director, said in a statement.

Volume of vulnerabilities is not slowing down. That's good news for security consultants and one more reason to gloat for those of us running their personal systems on Mac or Linux.

Not that I'd ever use MSFT security follies as reason to say NANNY NANNY POO POO! to those of you stuck on Windows. No, not me, that would be low class. Something like NEENER NEENER NEENER would be more my style. wink
