Where I work
We have temp employees too. They do get benifits eventually after many years of services. They also get higher pay cheques but that is an illusion. As soon as the benifits start coming off they drop to the permanent employees level.

Do temps get paid more? Or is that only for certain jobs? I know a guying in MS marketing that makes a lot more than any temp. I get promo software from him. It's great, too bad he doesn't come to town very often.
