Have to agree with you on this one, Ax. It's a free country, and it goes both ways. The blogger can post the pictures, and MS can fire him for doing so.

MS can't have the blogger arrested for posting the pictures (unless it violates some national security statute, which I doubt), but they sure can fire and/or sue him if it violates any agreements he's signed. It's be like if I took pictures of the server rooms at my work and then posted them on a blog. I couldn't go to jail for it, but I could (and should) be fired.
