I totally agree
think that comment is true of any software. It likely always will be

And it hold true with pretty much anything in the world.

My issue is with those that count how many patches something's had, period as a way of saying "what is better".

Using that logic, a Saturn is 1000 times a better brand of auto then a Chevrolet as it's had less recalls, ignoring the fact that Chevy's been around 79 years longer with God knows how many more different models and series.
