Let me see if I understand this..
The "attacker" puts a malicious link on their website to a PDF on a banks website. Now, in order for this to be of any use, first I have to be in a session with my online banking. Then I have to be also browsing, happen upon the attacker's website, and click a link to a PDF that happens to be on the online bank website that I am using.

For some reason, I don't see this as a big threat.
