I would love to see what would happen if...
no one actually fixed these vulnerabilities. It is now painfully obvious that OSX isn't actually any more secure than Windows. Massive numbers of critical vulnerabilities and reams of PoC code prove this. Apple would probably be better off looking for more code to steal (already stolen a kernel and a browser, why stop there?) than wasting their time fixing flaws that a 5% marketshare guarantees will never be used by anyone actually looking to make money with malware.
