Some valid points, some not so valid.
The US is not, as you say, the "front runner" in web development. CERN, a Europian company, created the internet. Sure, an American company owns the domain name register, but they haven't really done much for the internet, they just make tonnes of cash and occaisionally cut the wire to a country the President doesn't like.

It's complete crap that Europe has anything to do with communism, or that communism is bad - the countries that try it never really have communism in mind, they just pretend they do.
Europe has no set social class, and people become rich and famous from nothing (Seriously, what the hell gave you that idea), for example J.K. Rowling and Christina Agulera.

You say that the US is not ran by businesses. Officially, this is true, but the US (And UK) has replaced leaders of countries for favorable business (See Operation AJAX).
