Yes, Qucktime comes with ipod ware. As do about a dozen services and other bloat that Apple tries to stuff on your machine by default. I don't let them. You do NOT need Quicktime for iTunes. Now when you talk about the both of them on a machine running at the same time? They use more RAM than XP itself and that is the truth!
I just read a reply from an Apple OSX user that buought a 1GB machine. Once you learned how to check mem usage he couldn't believe it. It was using almost ALL of the 1GB by DEFAULT.
If you are going to argue bloat using $teve Job$ bloat against M$, you are going to lose everytime.
