Dropped Norton, got AVG
After Symantec customer service ignored several email messages asking them for my lost code number to reactivate a still valid Norton AV paying subscription, I uninstalled Norton AV on Christmas eve and installed a free AVG antivirus instead. I was lucky to do so as I also got two Happy New Year emails on 12/31 with the postcard.exe virus and they both were picked up by AVG and put in the vault. I will never go back to Norton again.
