Injunction may not be enough
IMHO, deliberately inciting and facilitating criminal activity (particularly serious crimes like murder) is itself a crime, whether it's illegal or not. I don't know what California law says on the subject, but the operators of the website need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law (hopefully, there is one).
