A terrorist should still be afforded due process. In any case, Guantanamo Bay is set aside for "Enemy Combatants" in order to circumvent the Geneva convention relating to the treatment of prisoners of war.

Even if they were "Enemy Combatants" I wouldn't send them to Gitmo. The use of torture is unlawful, unreliable and morally unjustified.
