Not even the funny part
The funny part is that the CIA doesn't release the names of the terrorists they really want to the TSA. That's right, the really bad guys aren't in the database that's supposed to keep them from flying because the CIA doesn't want to tip them off they're being watched.

So, what we get is Ted Kennedy being stopped from flying while the really serious terrorists travel around unhindered.

Brilliant system.
