Microsoft shares draft of Vista security hooks

Good point: I was just taking issue with earlier stories that MS wanted to provide no hooks to the kernal to make it more secure, and were forced to, in a sense, make it less secure so as to be able to work with 3rd party software designed to make it more secure.
