No way should governments have access to encryption codes like these as they would use it to see what us law abiding citizens are up to!
And here these ID theives are are not only stealing our idntities, but the true scope of the crimes against us may never be known as we ourselves have seen to it that governments can not posess the tools needed to decrypt the files to protect us.
