I'd find out the next time I went to take money out of the bank machine. Then I'd be pissed and I'd storm into the bank demanding answers. That's how banks work."

As customer service, it's primitive, but I appreciate the expectation that you will get to discuss problems with a person. And not one who sounds 18 years old, un-knowledgeable about the company for which she works, innocent, and with sensitive feelings. Complaining too severely would be like shooting Bambi with a howitzer.



A minor correction, though.

In IE 7, one can turn off the Automatic website checker in Tools /Phishing filter.

That doesn't seem too difficult.
