Lots of flawless products exist

Lots of programs can and do exist.

Take "Hello World!"

What's the flaw in that program?

Quite honestly Micrsoft software is pretty flawless. It's not the software in most cases with the problem. It's the user that's flawed. Sure Microsoft as a whole is flawed not every piece of software. I find in most cases Microsoft software does what it's supposed to do in a most flawless manner.

This in no way means the software is good or anything. It just means it works as designed even if design is flaw the product really isn't. It works perfectly, crashes as designed, insecure as designed, easy to use as designed and so on.

Why design it like that? Well a perfect product doesn't produce repeat business.
