So now we find firther proof our government is actively engaged in negating technological advancement in favour of established and inefficient, legacy communication. Perhaps this fact stems from the inability to monitor effectively the communications that would take place in the advanced systems. After all, government without control is not government and no control over government is opressive. Our political system is broken. The anguish of nations, not knowing the way out.
