Hollywood's new lesson for campus file swappers

They aren't losing a penny: That is unless you consider that they are driving away potential customers.

College student have very little money and what money they do have is often spent on beer, as beer costs $2.00 and DVD costs $26.00. So how is that you can lose any money from a person who can't afford to buy your product in the first place?

Seems to me you do more damage to your business model by attacking potential customers. Becuase that's what they will be once they finish college and get a good job to buy the products. What happens when you get a college student accustomed to not watching movies/TV or buying music? When they have money they spend it elsewhere.
