True, but...
But who would pay for the university's fight? Unless you can get a alumni donations to back the legal battle, then it will be financed by tuition increases. Higher tuition = less students can "afford" higher education. With a diminishing "customer base", the university is financially ruined.

A university's board is primarily concerned with the fiscal health of the university and (hopefully) quality of it's educators.

What now?
